Due to increased demand, we are growing our night shift team, working on behalf of our Australian and New Zealand clients. We are seeking ambitious, target-driven individuals who are ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment with great salary + uncapped commission.
Tasks
**Shifts**:
Sunday - Thursday 11pm until 7am
Remote work - After completing training within our Malaga Office
Preferably situated in Malaga.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Responsible for fulfilling current contracts as well as generating new business.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:

- High standard of English language, both verbal and written
- Confident, professional, telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with project decision makers.
- IT literate - effective use of company systems to enhance prospecting data.
- Highly motivated, ready to learn and achieve success.
