Drawing on a strong operational heritage and hands-on-approach, our 7,500 professionals excel in problem solving and value creation globally. **The Role** **The Responsibilities** - Be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across EMEA and beyond. - Devise and deliver end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a digital focus, using data-driven insights. - Manage multiple senior stakeholders, building consensus and operating as a trusted adviser for marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with A&M's network of PR and design agencies to support campaign execution and enhance the firm's reputation and brand. - Conduct analytics reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust plans accordingly. - Help build the global A&M brand through a consistent approach and messaging with all marketing and communications materials. **The Requirements** - B2B marketing with exposure to professional services (legal, accounting or consulting background an advantage); - Experience working in a matrixed, global services organization; - End-to end campaign management involving multiple senior stakeholders; - Communicating to a variety of audiences and influencing decision making and problem solving; - Working with third-party agencies to scope and deliver the necessary deliverables to support campaigns and related activities; - Fluency in English essential
