**You will be**:
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to assist in resolving customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via various communication channels.
- Support the implementation of customer engagement initiatives and strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development of customer support materials, including FAQs, guides, and tutorials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer journey and experience.
- Help your colleagues with a variety of tasks, such as computer configuration, data analysis, documentation, etc.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
- You must have the ability to work through an internship agreement (“Convenio”)
- Residing in Madrid and able to commit to a hybrid work format.
- Ability to enter into an agreement with a higher education institution or similar program in Spain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in task execution.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
- Advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our international team and partners.
