You will have the opportunity to learn how we manage service scheduling and billing, coordinate with technicians and customers, maintain accurate service records, and process service-related documentation.This position is part of the Customer Care Organization, located in Madrid, and will be fully on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will be part of the Customer Technical Support team and report to the Customer Technical Support Manager.
