Senior Tax Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a **Senior Tax Solutions Analyst **to join our team in London or Barcelona.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced tax technology solutions, including Vertex and OneSource, integrated with our ERPs, Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EBS. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Technology, you’ll lead the implementation and optimization of these solutions.

**About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience supporting and implementing tax technology solutions (ONESOURCE or Vertex) with ERPs (Oracle NetSuite or Oracle EBS).
- Solid understanding of O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) business processes in NetSuite and Oracle EBS.
- Proven experience in solution design for indirect tax calculations, withholding taxes, and VAT reporting
- Demonstrated ability to define architecture landscapes, map business capabilities, identify gaps between current and future states, and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Effective communication skills for drafting operational documentation and presenting proposals to executives.

**It Would Be Great If You Also Had**:

- Experience integrating tax solutions with external systems via API, and proficiency in SQL, XML, and JSON.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or related professional certification.
- Experience in the High Tech Industry and SaaS Transformation, with a background in managing large-scale projects with multiple teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to convey complex tax issues clearly to non-tax team members and collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams.

**What Will You Be Doing in This Role?**
- Configure, test, and support integration of Vertex and OneSource with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EBS.
- Support M&A and migration activities.
- Drive the implementation and support of indirect tax compliance solutions and tax integration.
- Identify, document, and recommend technological business requirements for tax compliance processes and system improvements.
- Establish and implement best practices to ensure data quality and report performance.

**Product You Will Be Developing**

You will work on cutting-edge tax technology solutions, integrating advanced platforms such as Vertex and OneSource with our ERPs, Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EBS. The role involves configuring, optimizing, and enhancing tax solutions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency across our global operations.

**About the Team**

You will report to the Senior Manager of Finance Technology. The team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including tax and finance departments (AP, AR), and external partners for technical and business discovery. We foster a collaborative environment where your expertise will have a significant impact on high-value solutions and strategic tax developments.

**Hours of Work**

This is a full-time, permanent role with core team hours aligned to London and Barcelona time zones. Flexibility may be required to accommodate global time zones and project needs.
