**About the role**
Location: Barcelona, Spain #LI-Hybrid
We are seeking a
**Senior Tax Analyst Transfer Pricing (M/F/d)** who will be responsible for preparing global Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation reports for all Novartis Group entities in alignment with OECD BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) requirements and local documentation adaptations for differ-ent jurisdictions and also supporting Novartis TP Compliance & TP Risk and related Tax & TP planning projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates global and local internal stakeholders from Finance and Business who contribute to the TP documentation report process.
- Supports the TP Operational Compliance Center for TP documentation matters and in being a first point of contact for TP Tax Analysts.
- Supports the global TP documentation and TP Compliance process according to OECD requirements.
- Ensures timely TP report finalization (both drafting and review tasks) by using technical doc writer tools.
- Gathers central and local information to complete TP documentation reports, i.e. FTE data, market analysis, intercompany transaction volumes, segmentation of P&L data, etc.
- Amends or adjusts TP documentation reports based on specific local country TP legislation and / or regulation in close alignment with Tax Manager Transfer Pricing.
- Supports the preparation of local TP forms to be submitted to local Tax authorities in collaboration with local Finance and Tax teams.
- Support the preparation of TP documentation templates as basis for the global TP documentation approach
- Works with technical doc writer tools to plan and structure the TP documentation process on a yearly basis in alignment with Tax Manager Transfer Pricing and other team members.
- Monitors internal developments and adapt changes in the TP documentation reports (e.g. material business transformation, reorganizations, etc.).

**Role Requirements**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in economics or law or similar.
- English language is mandatory, any other language is a benefit.
- Several years of experience in big 4 company and/or reputable legal firm in corporate tax or in-house Tax TP or operational TP management role.
- Very good understanding of OECD TP regulations.
- Good accounting knowledge IFRS/local statutory.
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
