With a new US entity on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to shape and optimize our international tax strategy.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and wants to combine technical expertise with strategic impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Compliance & ManagementOversee timely preparation, filing, and payment of direct and indirect taxes (CIT, VAT/GST, sales tax, withholding tax, etc.) across jurisdictions.Ensure accurate tax treatment in daily operations, including payments to suppliers and trainers.Monitor and interpret tax law changes and advise management on implications.Lead tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.Review tax provisions for statutory and management reporting.Strategic Tax Planning & StructureOwn the preparation and maintenance of theTransfer Pricing Master Fileand Local Files.Design and optimize the group’s global tax structure, minimizing risks and supporting growth.Collaborate with the Finance Director and advisors to implement compliant intercompany agreements and pricing policies.Cross-Functional AdvisoryPartner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to integrate tax considerations into business decisions.Manage external advisors, auditors, and legal counsel.Provide training and guidance to internal teams on VAT, sales tax, and cross-border rules.Basic QualificationsEducation:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law. Master’s degree or tax specialization preferred.Experience:4+ years in international tax management (Big Four or multinational experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of EU and UK corporate taxation; US tax exposure is an advantage.Solid expertise in transfer pricing and OECD guidelines.Proficiency with ERP systems, tax compliance software, and MS Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.What we offerOpportunity to lead the tax function in a dynamic, fast-growing company.Exposure to complex cross-border projects and strategic decision-making.Hybrid work model (2 days office / 3 days remote).International, multicultural team (20+ nationalities).Birthday leave + free coffee, tea, and drinks daily.Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00.Recruitment ProcessHR Call– A cultural and technical introduction.Manager Interview– Deep dive into your experience and vision.Final Meeting with CFOAt the Service Club, talent comes first.
