**Your Role**:
As part of our Tax Department, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving strategic tax initiatives.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Tax Advisory**: Collaborate with our Global Head of Tax & Treasury to shape our international tax strategy, working alongside a diverse team to implement innovative solutions.

**Business Partner for Departments**: Act as a trusted advisor to our global departments and subsidiaries, guiding them through tax implications for new ventures and restructuring projects.

**M&A Tax Expert**:Lead the charge in developing tax strategies for mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to seamless integration.

**Tax Compliance Management**: Ensure adherence to tax regulations while optimizing our compliance management system, liaising with external advisors and overseeing tax reporting processes.

**Supporting Tax Audits**:Provide support during tax audits, both domestically and internationally, and facilitate agreements to ensure smooth operations.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**:
**Qualification**:Degree in economics with a focus on taxation, finance, or similar field.

**Additional Qualification**:Certified tax advisor preferred.

**Experience**:Minimum 5 years in a tax role within a multinational corporation or consulting firm.

**Skills**: Strong project management skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

**Language**:Fluent in both German (advantage) and English.
