Tax Analyst

As a **Tax Analyst** you’ll be at the heart of ensuring compliance across multiple countries, collaborating with external advisors, and strengthening internal tax processes. From VAT filings to supporting tax audits, your work will help keep our operations smooth and compliant as we grow across Europe.

**How will it be to work with us?**:
Ensure tax compliance - Prepare and file periodical tax returns (such as VAT and withholding taxes) across multiple countries with the support of external tax advisors.

Implement tax controls - Establish and monitor internal tax processes within our ERP (Business Central) and related tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Review tax practices - Analyze and update tax methodologies to align with current legislation and industry standards.

Stay up to date with legislation - Continuously monitor tax law changes across jurisdictions and help implement necessary adaptations within the company.

Support tax audits - Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to respond to tax audits and information requests.

Maintain compliance systems - Assist in monitoring and improving our UNE 19602 tax compliance management system, including risk mapping, corrective action plans and reporting.

Coordinate with finance - Align on tax accounting matters and resolve cross-departmental tax-related issues.

Collaborate with advisors - Manage relationships with external tax consultants and service providers to ensure compliance and best practices.

**What will make you succeed in this position**:

- Degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration. Master’s in Taxation - will be highly valued and a plus for technical knowledge.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar tax or compliance-related role.
- Fluent in English - Both spoken and written; French or Italian is a strong advantage.
- Organized & detail-oriented - Able to manage multiple deadlines, filings, and documentation with precision.
- Proactive mindset - Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a dynamic, international setting.
- Team player - Ready to collaborate across departments and with external advisors.
