ISV Business Development Manager

**Descripción**

As an ISV Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and growing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and strategic alliances. Your mission is to drive growth across Sage’s partner ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities, coordinating go-to-market initiatives, and helping our partners thrive with Sage solutions.
This role is perfect for someone with a commercial mindset, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for creating joint value propositions that scale.

First 90 days
- 30 days: Onboard with Sage’s ISV and strategic partnerships landscape. Get to know our internal stakeholders, tools, and current partner portfolio.
- 60 days: Start co-creating business plans with key ISVs, align with Sales and Marketing teams on key growth initiatives.
- 90 days: Own a portfolio of strategic partners, implement business development actions, and begin driving measurable impact.

Meet the team
You’ll be part of the Partner Ecosystem & Alliances team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product stakeholders to align on joint objectives. You’ll report to a Partnerships Lead who encourages autonomy and cross-functional collaboration, and work in a dynamic environment with high visibility.

**Responsabilidades principales**

Snapshot of your day-to-day
You’ll spend your time engaging with partners, shaping go-to-market strategies, aligning internal teams, and presenting joint value propositions. You’ll monitor business performance, refine partner plans, and ensure our solutions are front of mind for our ISVs and alliances.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, partner management or strategic alliances
- Strong understanding of SaaS, ISV ecosystems, or ERP-related solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with business planning and commercial performance tracking
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
