Job summary
**This role can be based in Madrid or Barcelona**

The ISV Partner Sales Team helps companies market and sell their AWS offerings by providing valuable business, technical, and marketing support. More than 90% of Fortune 100 companies and the majority of Fortune 500 companies utilize AWS technology partner solutions and services.

The ISM owns the ISV partner go-to-market and sell-with responsibilities in Iberia and ensures that:

- AWS Sales teams understand the value of ISV partners and how to engage;
- A strategic plan is created for each sales segment
- ISV partners have brand awareness and drive new customer demand
- Qualified ISV partners are recommended for opportunities and deliver quality results
- Partners know what is required for success in the sell-with AWS opportunities.

You will leverage technology partners to drive AWS adoption and exceptional customer outcomes based on the partner expertise. Ultimately you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption within the designated sales segment.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute the strategic co-selling plan for the Iberian market in line with the AWS strategic direction.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns with AWS teams and technology partners.
- Advise the AWS fields Sales team on customer projects with technology partners.
- Advise the technology partners on AWS processes and marketplace.
- Drive registered co-sell opportunities between ISV partners, the AWS account team and AWS Marketplace.
- Help customers accelerate their AWS cloud adoption by collaborating with the relevant technology partners for their specific use case.
- Work across AWS teams in a highly collaborative operating model to develop pipeline for co-sell opportunities with our technology partners.
- Drive collaboration between technology and consulting partners as well as AWS Marketplace to add value to customers and technology partners.
- Prepare and lead business reviews to the senior management team.
- Direct sales and ISV partner sales experience with

demonstrated proficiency in scaling a business through a partner ecosystem.
- Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
- Successful track record to achieving and exceeding quota and key performance metrics
- Proven ability to deliver results
- Existing network with ISV, GSI, SI, VAR community in Iberia
- Experience with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
