**Succeed as Project Manager within the largest IT Infrastructure Provider in the Nordic Region**
Atea Managed Services has started a globalization journey, where we aim to become more for our customers through one common organization. The next years will encompass transformation and adaption towards a common delivery between 5 countries through technical changes as well as unification on how we work.
As project manager in CTO Office in Atea you will lead large projects serving all Atea Managed Services divisions with a focus on delivering value. The projects range from technical migration projects to business transformation journeys. Most projects will be cross country based, and virtual meetings is everyday life in Atea.
You will be responsible for management of projects from initiation to project closure. The projects will vary from business minded to more technical, however we do not expect you to execute within the project. Broad technical understanding is an advantage but not necessarily required. Your most important task is to ensure project scope and progress, as well as keeping close contact to all stakeholders from management to executing resources.
You will lead the project on behalf of the Project Board within specified constraints and liaises throughout the project with the Project Board and PMO. You are responsible for compliance with the internal project process and governance and all the PRINCE2 processes.
**Working through your team your primary tasks will be to**
- handle the technical and process issues and pull in a common direction to achieve the task.
- take ownership of the project and drive it proactively.
- unleash creativity and innovation from the Project Team.
- eliminate or handle risks.
- implement the initiatives and decisions needed - with respect for budgets, governance, and deadlines.
**Qualifications**
- You have solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in managing IT projects.
- You are driven by delivering high quality aligned with the expectations of the management.
- You can work in a knowledge-based company where courses, training and hard work help develop you.
- You preferably have a PRINCE2 and / or PRINCE2 Agile certification.
- You are familiar with cost management, quality processes, process change requests, leadership and team building, problem-solving, reporting, facilitating meetings and conducting workshops.

- You have a strong business acumen and a great understanding of the organization surrounding a project
