**Senior Project Manager - Digital Product Design**

**Job Summary**:
The Senior Project Manager will coordinate the design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation of focused Unity and HyperWorks software development projects. This includes design and development management of both new tools and reusable core componentry that will leverage framework infrastructure, graphic UI and manipulators, user interaction policies, and Altair design guidelines.

**What You Will Do**:

- Design and develop concepts for new software tools and core componentry.
- Identify areas of improvement via planned testing and feedback communications from field teams.
- Leverage designers to produce detailed mockups and specifications for development.
- Manage project priorities and project development lifecycles.
- Produce internal and external content to increase interest, awareness, and promote new product features.
- Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends including tools and methods developed within Altair.

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:

- 5 years of experience in CAD/CAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly proactive disposition, fast-learner with the ability to be self-driven.
- Passion for software design.
- English language proficiency.

**Preferred**:

- Master's degree.
- Experience with digital design and prototyping tools such as: Figma, Balsamiq, Photoshop, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of software development, programming, or scripting languages.
