As a category manager you will be a major part in our consolidation and negotiation with our vendors delivering mainly HW, SW and IT services to the ATEA Managed Service (AMS) organization across all ATEA countries to contribute with cost savings and simplifications in the portfolio.

Atea Managed Services has started a globalization journey. We aim to become more for our customers through one common organization and one consolidated approach to all our suppliers and vendors. The next years will encompass transformation and adaption towards common functions between 5 countries through unification on how we work.

You will be working with colleagues and stakeholders in all countries and be involved in strengthening and improving vendor management, vendor selection, improving strategies and processes in the new One AMS organization and actively participate and orchestrate negotiations in cooperation with the relevant ATEA functions.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, negotiate, and handle IT contracts and evaluate the performance against IT contracts
- Conduct RFI and RFP process for IT vendor selection (software, hardware, consultants and IT services).
- In collaboration with the Regional Category manager, handle the vendor base to ensure that contractual compliance and financial efficiency
- Identify and proactively manage contractual and commercial risks and issues, with the purpose of suggesting solutions and a way forward
- Stakeholder management

**Qualifications**
- Solid Experience within IT area and negotiations
- Experience negotiating hardware/software-, license-, consultant
- and data processing agreements etc.
- Experience handling large contracts would be an asset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good proven negotiation skills and supplier relationship management
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- International oriented team person acquainted in working in a rapidly changing organization.

**Additional information**
Your work location may be in one of the ATEA locations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland or Latvia. Travel days are expected.
