In Digital Workplace, we are our customers' strategic go-to partner, supporting their digital workplace from strategy and consulting to implementation, operations, and support. With our holistic approach, we uncover needs and deliver solutions that enhance collaboration and increase productivity for our customers.

We support the digital workplace through:

- Effective meeting room solutions: hybrid meeting rooms and auditoriums,
- Collaboration tools and modern management: Teams, Webex, and AI tools like Copilot, and

**About the role**
As Vice President, you will be overall responsible for the independent business area of Digital Workplace within our Professional Services division. The role includes overall P&L responsibility, and you will also be responsible for driving and developing the area, i.e., identifying which solutions should be sold, developed, and delivered across delivery areas. As the leader of Digital Workplace in Professional Services and the team of approximately 60 FTEs, you will set the direction, drive performance, and development for the organization, and contribute to the leadership of the entire Consulting division. You will report to the Senior Vise President of Consulting.

Leadership-wise, you will inspire across the organization, ensuring that we leverage our solutions and customer dialogues to bring our entire business into play as an organized whole. You will work strategically, spotting market trends and translating them into solutions and offerings for our customers.

You have a strong commercial profile and always consider the customer’s needs in everything you do. Through close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams, you will ensure that the area not only meets technological requirements but also supports the customers’ overall business goals. You will advise the strategic decision-makers of our customers and, together with sales and relevant partners, ensure that Atea’s solution meets the customer’s needs.

**Professional qualifications**
- You have experience of Consulting and understand what it takes to drive a commercially successful consultancy focused on digitalization and software offerings.
- You have at least 5-10 years of leadership experience, including leading leaders and developing business areas.
- You are accustomed to handling complex business areas with both internal and external partners and have experience with business and change management.
- You understand both short-term and long-term opportunities and requirements in the execution of your area.
- You have solid experience with leading vendors and technologies at a strategic level.
- You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies.

- Excellent written communication skills in Danish/Swedish and English.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Danish/Swedish and English.
- Experience and skill in presenting complex information in a clear and engaging way.
