As IT Business Analyst in the Billing team within Atea Managed Services, you will play a vital role in analyzing and optimizing invoice data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across five countries. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, working to standardize and automate data flows within the billing process. By helping consolidate five billing tools into one and merging over 200 data sources into a single database, you will contribute to our ongoing transformation and digitalization efforts.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess data requirements to ensure accurate data extraction and invoicing data.
- Collaborate with technical experts to define and refine billing requirements.
- Support the implementation of the new billing tool (Good Sign).
- Transform data insights into actionable business value through reporting and analysis.

**Who are you?**
We’re looking for someone who is dedicated and experienced, enjoys working with data, and can communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior executives. You will succeed in this role if you are passionate about data and want to contribute to our transformation.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Billing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent in English (Nordic languages are a plus).
- Experience working with data analysis in a business environment.
