JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Transformation Manager will assist in shaping, defining and evolving the end-to-end operating model by analysing company processes and procedures and developing enhancement strategies. They will take on a Project or Programme manager role, depending on the initiative, to support the implementation of transformation strategy to achieve business benefits. Ensuring that planning and execution is embodied by a sense of urgency and accountability. Keeping the pressure on initiative owners and coaches them when necessary. To do this well, they need to coordinate the activity across all business lines and functions, challenge existing practices and identify new and better ways of working.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analysing the business model, including end-to-end processes, organisational structures, problem areas, to propose and action improvements- Working with the responsible area to define a detailed project plan ensuring it is measurable through clear milestones and KPIs- Tracking the progress of each project or programme, leveraging the defined milestones and KPIs, by keep continuous contact with the responsible areas and key stakeholders- Providing support to initiative owners helping them navigate the organisation in the most efficient way and removing bureaucracy where possible- Responsible for recognising when a project or programme is starting to deviate from the plan and take action to get back on track

**Requirements**:
- University degree Bachelor or Master- Meticulous planning ability and experience with defining complex transformation project requirements based on business inputs and own analysis- Experience monitoring/interpreting metrics, step back, connect the dots and proactively take actions upon- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset- Good communication skills / interpersonal skills (exposure to a vast pool of stakeholders including top management) / Proactive attitude and social skills. Experience handling Previous experience in project management- Fluent English, speaking Spanish a bonus
