This includes managing schedules, coordinating with students and speakers, and handling logistics. - Increase the visibility of the activities developed by the **IE Center for Families in Business** and **enhance the Center's visibility within the IE ecosystem**, by supporting the drafting of proposals, coordinating with speakers, and assisting with communication materials. - Design and participate in networking events, promoting the initiatives of the **IE Center for Families in Business**, and **fostering a sense of community among IE family business students**. - Collaborate with students from the **IE Family Business** **Club** to create and manage the activity calendar, ensuring logístical support, promotion, and follow-up on initiatives. **Support ongoing research projects and contribute to academic initiatives within the Center**. - ** Promote the Center’s activities** and disseminate its research** findings through events, social media, and other communication channels. - Collaborate with other **stakeholders within the IE ecosystem** to create synergies and improve the overall experience of IE family in business students. - Coordinate the Center’s agenda regarding communication, outreach, growth initiatives, and partnerships with external collaborators. - Report to the Center Director on outreach, networking, and other support activities critical to the Center’s growth during this phase. Qualifications: **To thrive in this role, you should have**: - Between 0-3 years of professional experience - Experience in communications, business development, ideally in the education sector is a plus - Proficiency in English and Spanish is fundamental. - Experience in an international environment - Intellectual curiosity, open minded and creative - Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive - Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style - Analytical and numerical skills - Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude It’s time to bring your best and make your mark.
