**Location**: Barcelona, Spain
**Role**: German-Speaking Business Development Manager
**Salary**: €35,000 gross per year + uncapped commission (OTE €40,600 gross p/a)
**Hours**: 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00
**Relocation**: €3,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first salary) - if relocating

Our client is a well-established, global company in the **games and entertainment industry**, known for their creative and innovative products. They are expanding their operations in **Barcelona** and are looking for talented multilingual professionals to join their international sales team.

**About the Role**

As a **Business Development Manager**, you will:

- Work in a high-volume outbound sales role, reaching out to independent retailers
- Identify key contacts, build strong relationships, and present the benefits of partnership
- Understand client needs and successfully close B2B sales deals
- Achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment

This is a target-driven role, perfect for someone who thrives in outbound sales and is motivated by success and rewards.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **German** and **English**:

- Previous outbound sales experience
- Completed higher education
- Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed goals
