Core Values Customer First Push Boundaries Critical Thinking Build for Scale Less is More Win as One Role Overview We are expanding our Europe Business Development team and are looking for a Senior Associate to play a key role in developing the DACH market. This market‑ and language‑specific role requires fluency in English and native‑level German. Knowledge of the German travel market is a plus. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and Supply Leads to enable success for our growing pool of merchant partners — from iconic attractions to hidden gems. This is a hands‑on role that blends operations, relationship management, and creative problem‑solving to help our partners thrive on Klook. Responsibilities Market‑Specific Business Development & Relationship Management Support destination management and supply strategy in Germany, focusing on key regional markets and top destinations Contribute to growing and optimizing Klook’s supply by developing local market insights, identifying potential partners, and supporting onboarding and engagement efforts Act as key operational contact for core merchant partners, ensuring long‑term success through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction Represent Klook on the ground with professionalism and credibility, engaging with merchants and institutions with a customer‑first, solutions‑oriented mindset Strategic
