Join usJob FocusWe are expanding our Europe Business Development team and are looking for a Senior Associate to play a key role in developing either our French market.This is a market- and language-specific role. Applicants must be fluent in English and native-level in French. Knowledge of the respective local travel market is a plus.You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and Supply Leads to enable success for our growing pool of merchant partners — from iconic attractions to hidden gems. This is a hands‑on role that blends operations, relationship management, and creative problem‑solving to help our partners thrive on Klook.What You’ll DoMarket‑Specific Business Development & Relationship ManagementSupport destination management and supply strategy in France and/or Germany, focusing on key regional markets and top destinationsContribute to growing and optimizing Klook’s supply by developing local market insights, identifying potential partners, and supporting onboarding and engagement effortsAct as key operational contact for core merchant partners, ensuring long‑term success through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfactionRepresent Klook on the ground with professionalism and credibility, engaging with merchants and institutions with a customer‑first, solutions‑oriented mindsetStrategic Account Support: Work closely with regional leads and colleagues across departments such as Finance, Customer Service, Tech, and Marketing to drive execution for high‑priority accountsOwn key operational workflows such as onboarding, inventory setup, settlement reconciliation, customer support, and API operationsGrowth & Sales Optimization: Accelerate growth by identifying opportunities to boost sales, enhance activity pages, and ensure our supply remains competitive and aligned with Klook’s quality standardsMake an impact by identifying areas for improvement across different processes and systemsOperational Excellence: Build strong working knowledge of Klook’s backend and frontend tools, systems, and processes to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement across the merchant journeyOnboard new travel products — ranging from tours, workshops, unique experiences or even concert ticketsUpdate and manage existing travel products with critical schedule and inventory information as the needs of our merchants adaptWho You AreDetail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyA strong communicator who builds trust with both internal teams and external partnersComfortable working independently and collaboratively across local and overseas teamsSelf‑driven and unfazed by routine or repetitive tasks, with a focus on consistency and continuous improvementIdeally, You HaveA startup mindset: collaborative, adaptable, and ready to take initiativeFamiliarity with content management systems, customer service, or data entry2‑3 years of work experience in a cross‑functional, multicultural, or startup settingLanguage Proficiency: Native or fluent in French, with strong English skills (spoken and written).
