DESCRIPTION

The brand you will work for is a well-known hot beverage company with products on a global level. You have probably enjoyed at least one of them.

Your role:
You may handle short translations, review the webpage to find any errors and improve templates to answer clients.
You will help customers with their online orders and ensure they have an excellent customer service experience.

Hours and Benefits:

- Permanent contract
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Rotative shifts: Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 (more details with the recruiter)
- Salary: 16 732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.500 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Ongoing training

**Requirements**:

- Native/High level speaker of English, and Dutch Flemish is a plus
- You enjoy working both on an individual level and in teams
- You love helping people and enjoy making them feel special
- You are a great problem solver
- You can handle stressful situations
- You are a fast learner
- You have basic technical skills and knowledge
- You have excellent communication skills and are people oriented- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
