This role will digitally interact with customers daily ensuring that these customers see Sensient as their optimal color supplier. What you'll do: Responsibility for a defined customer base of local and historical customersAnalyze customer order patterns and reacting to ups-and-downs Respond to customer queries promptly within defined KPIs Proactively run daily customer calls Assess customer business and suggest complimentary items Discuss substitute product offerings in case of constrained or delayed supply of customer preferred product(s)  Execute and follow-up on campaigns run by the Sales Enablement managerSend defined Showpad content to customer base Identify project opportunities and nurture the respective
