Manage technical corrective issues
Coordinate of audiovisual and IT subcontracted technicians
Manage and monitor maintenance contracts
Budget control of interventions
Monitor and control of quality standards
Set and manage ongoing improvement processes

**Requirements**:
Degree or professional studies in electronics, audiovisuals or IT
3 years of experience as IT support or Helpdesk Technician
Perfect english spoken and written
Advance level of french, a plus
Ability to take decisions and assume responsabilities
Good team working skills
