Desde **RightHand**, compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un **Senior Sales Manager**con nuestro cliente, una plataforma global de demanda impulsada por IA, que ayuda a los anunciantes a conectar con las audiencias adecuadas y ofrecer resultados medibles. Buscamos un perfil comercial con experiência en venta de soluciones tecnológicas o de publicidad digital, acostumbrado/a a trabajar con grandes cuentas y entornos exigentes. Una persona con visión estratégica, orientada a resultados, y con capacidad para gestionar todo el ciclo de venta: desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre e implementación del servicio.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y poseer una estrategia de ventas y un plan de negocio para agencias de publicidad/medios y marcas en España.
- Presentar y evangelizar las capacidades y la oferta de la compañía en el mercado de la publicidad digital; construir un conocimiento profundo de los productos de la compañía y su lugar en la industria.
- Traer nuevos clientes, tanto a través de agencias de publicidad/medios como también influyendo en marcas directas.
- Analizar continuamente las estadísticas de ventas para determinar el potencial de crecimiento y trabajar para lograr KPI específicos y objetivos desafiantes.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en ventas de nuevos negocios en medios o ad-tech.
- Historial probado en la gestión y desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas.
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones con los responsables de la toma de decisiones en torno a una solución/venta estratégica.
- Sólida cartera de agencias independientes y clientes directos.
- Fuertes características de liderazgo y negociación.
