**What you do**
The Global Strategic Partnership area in Allianz Partners is responsible for building and maintaining relationships and business with global partners for Allianz Group and Allianz Partners. Focus segments are Automotive, New & Micro Mobility as well as Travel, Ticketing & Lodging. The Sales Performance and Strategy team defines, designs, and coordinates new sales models and approaches, and steers the delivery of such initiatives across the Allianz Partners Group, Allianz Group, and partners. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Performance and Strategy, the Sales Strategy Manager position offers the exciting opportunity to drive highly visible, innovative and strategic projects collaboratively across Allianz Partners and other H5(+) entities, contributing to innovative distribution and/or value propositions, and aligned sales strategies with the ultimate goal to drive new business and profitable growth. The role is working very closely with senior management and executives of AzP and H5 entities, Board members and colleagues on global, regional and local levels worldwide, gaining broader exposure and opening various career steps within Allianz Partners and the Allianz Group.
- Develop new (digital) business/sales models for Automotive and New & Micro Mobility and Travel, Ticketing & Lodging business in key markets in Europe and beyond.
- Incept, lead, steer & manage strategic business projects (with both external partners and internal stakeholders such as Allianz operating entities).
- Coordinate efforts & activities & engage with other key strategic initiatives across the group to ensure full alignment of projects with the group strategy and GSP objectives.
- Engage with senior leaders & top management as needed across Allianz Partners, and with Allianz OEs & H5 business division, to align, challenge, reshape & continuously optimize distribution models, sales strategy & models.
- Drive & support the creation of central tools, methodologies and standards together with the lines of business, Global Sales Support, key account managers & business developers, as well as best practice sharing within Europe and beyond.
- Support Key Account Managers & Business Developers to create state-of-the-art client approaches & sales concepts, and key accounts strategy, where relevant.
- Generate top notch business intelligence and analytics for partnership insurance & service business.
- Act as a sounding board for concepts, methods, storylines, etc. & support Allianz Entities on-the-ground e.g. in (virtual) workshops.
- Foster link with business development & strategic activities of Allianz Partners and Allianz Group.
- Ensure structured & timely reporting of initiatives to management & involved entities.
**What you bring**
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in insurance or related industries with innovation and strategy expertise.
Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Proven excellent ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams without authority.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Confident in engaging with senior management and international teams.
Strong business acumen and project management experience.
Result-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Team player; capable of independent work in fast-paced environments.
Commitment to high-quality standards and willingness to challenge norms.
Intercultural sensitivity and international experience.
