At Factorial, we're looking for a new Business Development Partnerships to help us bring Factorial Channel to the next level.If you have an entrepreneurial soul, this role will be a perfect fit for you as we are building the whole business unit from scratch and there will be lots of opportunities to take ownership and build the processes yourselfReady to be part of the challenge?The RoleDefine the marketing and commercial strategy together with the Market Area Manager/BU Manager.Develop and maintain business relationships with partners and potential clients through constant follow-up to seize new opportunities and develop Factorial's business.Propose commercial plans and specific opportunities to clients related to the assigned products.Provide commercial support and specialist/consulting assistance to distributors/end users/sales team concerning projects and solutions designed for them.Identify and suggest sales opportunities to the sales team.Supervise and monitor the compliance with the defined Marketing Plan.Internal management of the manufacturer directed at the sales force: internal campaigns and incentives, and training.Your ProfileYou are fully fluent in both Spanish and English.Integrity, result-oriented and customer-oriented (internal and external), planning and coordination skills, forecasting and reporting.
