Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Malaga region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Presenting and promoting the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Negotiating and closing business deals to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Monitoring market changes and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the Malaga market and understanding of local business practices will be advantageous.
