We are seeking a highly driven and experienced business development manager to join our growing team at Alchemy Pay. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of cryptocurrency & payment industry and European Union local regulatory & Web3 landscape. Proficiency in English is required and fluent in a major European language is preferred.Job Description:Work closely with Senior Management team to develop and implement tailored business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives with a focus in the EU market.Research and identify new business opportunities, particularly in crypto on/off-ramp and crypto-acceptance solutions, to acquire new clients, increase market shares and expand revenue streams.Identify, establish and maintain partnerships with leading projects, chains, CEXs, Wallets and other business partners to enhance collaborations and stimulate revenue growths.Represent Alchemy Pay in attending industry conferences, local events and client meetings.Conduct market research to identify best practices in the payments industry, provide market insights to support the internal Payments team.Closely follow new market trends, competitor activities and collect instant feedback from clients and partners to refine our product offerings, marketing campaigns and business strategies.Work closely with the internal stakeholders, including product, marketing and operations team to facilitate a smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.Job Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience and success in a business development role within Web3 & Crypto space.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management or a related field is a plus.In-depth knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Payments.Proficiency in English is required; Fluent in a major European language is preferred.Past experiences in FinTech and/or Payments industry is a plus.Rich network of industry connections within Web3 and Payment industry is essential.Resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong multitasking & execution skills.Exceptional verbal & written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to new changes.About Alchemy Pay:Founded in Singapore in 2018, Alchemy Pay (ACH) is an industry leading payment solutions provider that seamlessly bridges fiat and cryptocurrencies for global consumers, merchants, developers and institutions.
