If you identify with our pillars, we look forward to meeting youAs our Global Talent Development Manager role you will help us to unify the talent development and culture processes in all geographies where Telefónica Tech is present. He/she will coordinate and implement our talent growth and culture programs being involved in:Coordination and implementation of global corporate processes related to performance and development management.Design, monitor and manage overall leadership and guidance, employee career development, retention plan and leadership development.Collaborate with managers to set clear and measurable goals, as well as identify and address areas for improvement in performance.Define and promote the values, vision and mission of the company.Collect and analyze data related to human talent and culture.What you need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related. Desirable (Master in Human Resources Management, Coaching, People Analytics or related).At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
