Iberian Sales Manager - Packaging Industry (PT-ESP)A solid company in the packaging sector based in the Lisbon region is looking for a Sales Manager to work with the Iberian Market (Portugal and Spain) and develop the current business.About the position:The Sales Manager will manage the current accounts, as well as expand new ones, based on technical and sustainability/innovation fundamentals. Based in Lisbon or Madrid.Understand all areas of the client's business and help them to be more competitive;Achieve goals, find and identify new opportunities, ensure sufficient and available resources in the face of them, both for your company and for the client's business;Develop functions and leverage work with a 'win-win' perspective, where both parties win;Ensure trust and maintain stable and long-lasting relationships;Outline the strategic planning of the account or client, ensuring the same;For this position, we are looking for someone with a technical background, ideally in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar with a dynamic profile and 10+ years of sales experience in this sector with proven success in terms of sales and account consolidation.Excellent command of Portuguese, English and Spanish.
