Job Description

  • Lead and develop the Medical Sales Representative team within the assigned region.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting business objectives.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
  • Motivate and ensure cohesion within the team, supervising performance and supporting goal achievement.
  • Implement tailored development plans to support the professional growth of team members.
  • Analyze business data to drive strategic actions and report required business insights.
  • Act as a change agent within the team, promoting a modern and omnichannel medical sales approach.
  • Execute the commercial plan effectively within the region.
  • Serve as a critical link between upper management and the Medical Sales team to meet strategic company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher education degree in health sciences or business administration.
  • Proven experience in coaching commercial teams within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and change management skills.
  • Business, results, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and planning abilities.
  • Positive, transformative mindset with strong empathy and assertiveness.
  • Teamwork-oriented, with good command of English.
