Importante Agencia Creativa Independiente en Barcelona busca incorporar un Business Developer Manager. El Business Developer Manager será responsable de la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio para garantizar el crecimiento de la agencia.

FUNCTIONS- Análisis del mercado, sectores y de los clientes potenciales.
- Diseñar la estrategia comercial y marcar los objetivos anuales.
- Seguimiento de la consecución de objetivos.
- Trabajar con los equipos de la agencia para desarrollar presentaciones adhoc impactantes y efectivas.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes actuales y potenciales para generar nuevas oportunidades.
- Grado en Publicidad, ADE, Económicas.
- Experiencia de 8-10 años en agencias de publicidad en posición similar y idealmente con experiencia en los sectores de gran consumo, banca y seguros y farma.
- Español, catalán e inglés.
- Microsoft Office, Programas de gestión (Trello, Slack, Teams…).
Buscamos un perfil con una clara orientación a resultados, hábil en la negociación y con visión estratégica. Alguien capaz de desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con un buen networking. Empático, perseverante, con metodología y fuerte en la organización, la planificación y el seguimiento de proyectos. Un profesional responsable y sobretodo con ganas de incorporarse a una agencia donde se disfruta creando ideas que emocionan.
