About the job

Responsibilities:

  1. Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and product propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
  2. Update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
  3. Get all relevant stakeholders involved in end-to-end project management to ensure successful product launches or marketing campaigns;
  4. Have a strong sense of market competition and analyze SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition;
  5. Fully understand local market trends, changes, and consumer behavior with deep analysis of user behavior and campaign data to continuously optimize campaign performance and enhance sales/operation strategy;
  6. Use online/offline resources to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users;
  7. Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestions to sales leaders on topics of branding and operation when required.

Requirements:

  1. University degree or equivalent practical experience;
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce; 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred;
  3. Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
  4. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment;
  5. Project management skills;
  6. Excellent communication skills;
  7. Mandarin is a must.
