Amazon is looking for New Account Managers for its Marketplace in Spain.

You will join a dynamic and passionate team whose role is to identify companies and work, innovate and commit alongside them to help them succeed in their digital development on Amazon. What characterizes our Marketplace teams is an unwavering desire to see third-party sellers succeed. Today, thanks to their work, more than half of the products purchased on Amazon are sold by third-party sellers through the Marketplace service.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Identify and prospect companies, approach them and initiate contact via cold calling and mailing.
  2. Support companies in their launch on Amazon.es, educating them on the benefits to make them launch their business on Amazon.es.
  3. Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
  4. Work with partner sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
  5. Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.
  6. Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes. Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  7. Achieve the objectives of launching new businesses on Amazon.es and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  2. Strong interest in the E-commerce sector
  3. Excellent level of Spanish and English
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  7. Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity
  8. Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. One or more successful commercial experiences in cold calling or managing customer accounts
  2. Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting
  3. Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions

Permanent contract based in Madrid with the option of teleworking 2 days a week in Spain.
