Provide the necessary administrative support to the Corporate Sales Direction Sales Units for the correct development of the commercial management in Category sales teams.
A day in the life of...
- Assure appropriate reporting for each Key Stakeholder (Key Sales Figures).
- Assure Sales Review integrated data in Sales Reporting.
- Support Sales Unit in the month closing management.
- Develop necessary management and control tools to ensure and embed Account Management development.
- Record and modify commercial agreements on the system.
- Ensure correct accessibility for tools and systems to Sales Unit Teams.
- Provide general administrative support related to Category Sales Teams.
What will make you successful
- Degree in Business Administration, studies in Administration and Finance, or similar.
- +3 years of previous experience in an Administrative position.
- Mastery of MS Excel (Macros, dynamic tables, formulation).
- Knowledge of SAP information systems will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of Power BI and database management will be highly valued.
- Ability to create reports to respond to management objectives.
- Consolidated experience in financial/commercial reporting management.
- Experience in consumer goods companies will be highly valued.
