**The Role**

Technical Sales Support will provide **technical advice **and support all products sold to Norgren customer.

The technical sales support also supports the Sales Teams with commercially viable solutions, which will result in the **growth **of the business and Norgren achieving its strategic objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To actively assist the sales teams, achieve sales targets by identifying and delivering commercially viable, value-added customized solutions.
- Expertly manage technical aspects of customer enquiries using excellent problem-solving skills.
- Develop and work with a wide-ranging network to enhance professional and technical knowledge to allow support of full product range.
- Learn in-depth new product features and benefits and support customers/ sales, as necessary.
- Ability to manage differing priorities while delivering an exceptional service to the customer.
- Travel to customer sites where needed.

**What We Are Looking For**
- College degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / Electronics / Power Electronics
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with a range of different stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Analytical, meticulous and organised
- Being assertive, proactive and results driven
- Experience with CAD software (Inventor)
- Experience with Office Package
