Provide the necessary administrative support to the Corporate Sales Direction Sales Units for the correct development of the commercial management in Category sales teams.A day in the life of...Assure appropriate reporting for each Key Stakeholder (Key Sales Figures).Assure Sales Review integrated data in Sales Reporting.Support Sales Unit in the month closing management.Develop necessary management and control tools to ensure and embed Account Management development.Record and modify commercial agreements on the system.Ensure correct accessibility for tools and systems to Sales Unit Teams.Provide general administrative support related to Category Sales Teams.What will make you successfulDegree in Business Administration, studies in Administration and Finance, or similar.+3 years of previous experience in an Administrative position.Mastery of MS Excel (Macros, dynamic tables, formulation).Knowledge of SAP information systems will be highly valued.Knowledge of Power BI and database management will be highly valued.Ability to create reports to respond to management objectives.Consolidated experience in financial/commercial reporting management.Experience in consumer goods companies will be highly valued.#J-18808-Ljbffr
