Sales Support Coordinator

What will be your role? We are seeking a highly qualified Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing valuable support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in channel sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success. By utilizing your expertise, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships, whilst ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. Sales Support: Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clientsProviding troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problemsOrder booking validation tasks:Ensuring order details match T&C, and validating all information (DOA, etc.)Checking billing method, credit status, and limitSales process optimization: identifying and fixing inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiencyContributing to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales teamKeeping track of sales targetsProviding data and guides to help the sales teamDeveloping and monitoring key performance indicatorsManaging sales tracking tools and reporting on important informationSuggesting sales process improvements and automating where possibleKeeping record of sales trends and staying informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performanceOther ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirementsTeamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales activitiesCommunicating openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environmentDemonstrating strong interpersonal skills in interactions with colleagues to build trust and rapportWhat profile do we need?
