Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the sales manager in collecting feedback from sales representatives and provide campaign information to the sales teams.
  • Support the sales teams with customer incidents and coordinate sales meetings organization.
  • Manage samples and point of contact with the El Corte Inglés team for issues requiring office intervention.
  • Ensure that online concessions are working properly and prepare campaign catalogue codifications files.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & VM and the stores on the implementation of Focal Points and provide campaign information to the staff.

Requirements



  • University Degree
  • Two years' experience in a role supporting selling teams, including sales analysis and/or customer service supervision.
  • Fluent English; an additional foreign language would be a plus.
  • Strong ability to tell the business story using PowerPoint and Excel.
