At Gartner, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the Conferences business unit and with external stakeholders.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide high-level support to the Event Sales Operations, EMEA Event Sales Team, and other lines of business. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Inquiry Management: Timely triage of inquiries submitted to assigned Conferences' support mailboxes, liaising between Conferences, internal stakeholders, and external clients to support, escalate, or resolve inquiries.
  • Communication and Documentation: Leveraging response templates, process documents, and exception criteria to effectively respond to inquiries that do not require escalation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administrative Support: Providing data entry, administrative tasks, configuration, contract reviews, contract processing, and process support for Gartner Conferences.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Quality: Performing data quality audits, investigations, and remediations, gathering necessary data to support ad-hoc analytics requests.
  • Client Interaction: Interacting with conference attendees and Gartner associates to troubleshoot challenges remotely and onsite at conferences globally, with opportunity to travel and support other regions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3+ years business experience, preferably in Sales Support / Coordinator position.
  • Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience and aptitude to work in databases.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
