Responsibilities Lead the go-to-market strategy across key countries in LATAM, identifying opportunities and defining market-entry priorities. Open and develop new business with large hospitals, healthcare groups, private networks, and insurance companies. Build and scale the regional sales organisation, including hiring, mentoring, and developing future team members. Establish strong relationships with C-level executives, department leaders, technical decision-makers, and procurement teams. Create and maintain a structured, high-quality sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting for leadership. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored value propositions for each market. Ensure successful participation in industry events, strategic presentations, and high-impact client meetings. Provide continuous market insights (competition, pricing, trends, regulatory factors) to support strategic decisions. Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English. Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales within HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, insurance, or regulated industries. Demonstrated experience entering new markets, launching GTM strategies, or building business from scratch. Experience working with hospitals, insurance providers, healthcare systems, or large corporate buyers. Hunter mentality: strong ability to open doors, engage senior stakeholders, and close complex deals. Product-oriented mindset, capable of explaining and positioning technology-driven solutions. Previous experience leading or scaling teams is highly valued. Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated to build and grow a region with full ownership.
