German Business Developer Representative About the job German Business Developer Representative If you are tech-savvy, creative, outgoing, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get thingsdone in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, we may have the perfect job for youOur client, with more than 4,700 employees across 10 sites (certified with Great Place toWork and Top Employer), is seeking highly-skilled professionals to identify growthopportunities based on digital advertising campaigns and improve business outcomes.Purpose of the RoleAs a Business Developer Representative for German Market, you will identify robust sales opportunities, profileprospective customers, discover their needs, and drive new business through variousoutbound campaigns. You will assist businesses in collaborating, moving fast, andinnovating. As the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, your role is to proactivelyengage, build enthusiasm, and qualify business needs to propose suitable solutions, sendingthem on the most appropriate sales path.This is a target-driven role, where you will work toward individual targets as well as supportthe growth of the EMEA customer base. Interaction with customers will primarily be throughoutbound calls in a phone-based environment.Responsibilities:Achieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas on a quarterly basis and maintaindaily/weekly activity targetsManage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospectsEducate customers on available solutionsExecute daily outbound phone calls and emails (often cold calling), engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needsUnderstand prospects pain points and align business needs with available Cloudsolutions (solution-selling)Update and maintain data in Salesforce.com (CRM) including managing leads,contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activitiesWork toward team and individual goals related to productivity, conversion rates, andpipelineDiligently document customer interactions and deal details in Salesforce.com toensure clarity for all stakeholdersRequirements:BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experienceEU ID or Spanish Residence cardGerman C1 level and English C11-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in ITUnderstanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud PlatformsolutionsStrong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with relevant solutionsStrong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalismComfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environmentGeneral IT skills and proficiency in navigating computer-based roles1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospectingExperience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accountsFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platformsAbility to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in business conversationsGoal-oriented, proactive, confident, and tenaciousUnderstanding of local market and business environmentFull-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)Referral Program: Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (up to 2,000 depending on the language/project)Permanent contractRelocation support (applicable for EU candidates only)Continuous support from coaches for personal and professional developmentEstablished career path with opportunities for growthRegular contests and incentivesEmployment with the world's largest provider of contact center servicesDynamic work environment with great colleagues, social arrangements, and personal development opportunitiesBusiness casual atmosphere within a motivated team of diverse ages#J-18808-Ljbffr
