Position Details Position: German speaking Business Developer Representative Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Relocation Package: Included About the Role As an Business Developer Representative, You will reach out to prospective clients, uncover their needs, and present suitable solutions through outbound calls and emails, helping generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities Reach quarterly SQO targets and maintain steady outreach activityManage assigned accounts to identify strong prospectsPresent product value and engage C-level contacts via calls and emailsUnderstand client needs and align them with Cloud solutionsKeep all lead and opportunity data updated in SalesforceSupport team KPIs and ensure clear documentation of all interactions Requirements BA/BS degree or relevant experienceNative-level German + fluent EnglishInitial experience in outbound/B2B sales or business development (IT preferred)Basic understanding of cloud tech, especially Google CloudAbility to match customer needs with suitable solutionsStrong communication skills, professionalism, and integrityComfortable working with quotas in a call-driven roleSolid general IT and computer navigation skills Benefits Full-time role (39h/week, MonFri) with a hybrid setup in BarcelonaAnnual salary: 25,440 + up to 6,360 bonusReferral bonus program (up to 2,000 depending on project/language)Permanent contract + relocation assistanceOngoing coaching and clear career progression pathwaysRegular team contests and incentivesWork for a global leader in customer contact servicesFriendly, multicultural environment with strong focus on developmentModern, business-casual workplace with highly motivated colleagues
