La misión del Sales & Marketing Support será brindar apoyo al equipo de ventas en la gestión de clientes, tareas de backoffice, la coordinación de actividades comerciales y el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing, con el fin de fortalecer la presencia de la empresa en el mercado y aumentar las oportunidades de negocio. Gestionar y actualizar la base de datos de clientes y oportunidades comerciales. Coordinar el seguimiento de clientes potenciales y existentes, asegurando una comunicación fluida. Preparar y actualizar materiales comerciales, presentaciones y documentación técnica. Asistir en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales y cotizaciones. Colaborar en la ejecución de campañas de marketing digital y tradicional. Gestionar contenido en redes sociales, sitio web y otros canales de comunicación. Apoyar en la organización de ferias, eventos y presentaciones comerciales. Analizar tendencias del mercado y competencia para mejorar las estrategias de ventas y marketing. Coordinar la logística de reuniones, presentaciones y viajes de negocio. Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y análisis de métricas comerciales y de marketing. Mantener comunicación con proveedores de servicios de marketing y publicidad. REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO Formación en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comercio Internacional o Ingeniería. +3 años de experiencia previa en roles de soporte comercial o marketing. Conocimiento en herramientas de CRM y plataformas de marketing digital. Habilidades en diseño gráfico básico y gestión de redes sociales (valorado). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización. Inglés avanzado. Paquete Salarial: Fijo + Variable.
