**Job Functions**:
IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. IESE is looking for a responsible for assisting the Sales Team by handling the Marketing and Events Plan, looking for new leads, making contacts, answering requests, preparing sales materials, updating documents and the website, following and reporting the media campaign, and performing benchmarking studies and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsabilities**:
**1) Program Logistics**
- Coordination with various internal areas for activity planning, both for facilities, functional and academic needs.
- Review the work plans with the various stakeholders. Review of the Virtual Campus.
- Support in designing, managing, and producing educational materials necessary for the Programs.
- Support to the Program Management.
- Liaison with external speakers or guests, face-to-face/online

**2) Sales & Marketing**
- Contribute to the Implementation of the commercial Plan.
- Produce online promotional material according to the different promotional plans of every program (editing HTML, leaflets, webinars, and website).
- Support sales/program directors.
- Understand statistics and control metrics to assess the promotional actions' performance.
- Perform benchmarking studies.
- Collaborate in the follow-up of leads.
- Collaborate in the social selling initiatives (helping in the production of materials and distribution).
- Produce documents and slides in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sessions.
- Quality control of leads and contacts (upload in databases, follow-up of correct information).
- Assist in the administrative part of the admissions process, invoicing, and follow-up of payments.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- University degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience. Preferably in marketing, communications, and sales.
- English and Spanish proficiency level
- High computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Previous experience in SalesForce, Pardot, PeopleSoft will be highly appreciated
- Preferable knowledge of Blackboard, Illustrator, and Photoshop (not an expert)
