Job Description
This role focusses on providing pricing & quotation support to the Sales teams (including liaison with customer and RA teams where required) for standard products (including software).
This role reports to the Sub Regional Team Leader Sales Support.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.
- Provide first level support to the Sales team with internal RA processes and tools.
- Assist the Sales team with customer queries, including signposting to the correct department.
- Assist in reducing the administrative burden on Sales team.
- Assist in providing a great experience for customers.
- Good experience and understanding of Rockwell products, processes and tools.
- Keeps skills and knowledge in all areas (organizational, technical, and commercial) up to date.
- Provide continuing liaison with sales forces, internal departments within matrix structure, customers, and distribution channels.
- Provides information to support effective management of the business.
- Demonstrates behavior in accordance with Rockwell Automation values.
- Acts with highest integrity in all areas.
- Independent working behavior.
- Flexibility (*)
- Bachelor's degree or similar
- Excellent French and English language (write, read and speak).
- Capability to work in Portuguese and/ or Spanish.
- Prior experience in customer support with a technology-based organization.
- PC knowledge: MS Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Daily use of CRM packages.
