We're on a mission to make global employment simple, compliant, and human. We help businesses scale internationally, while we handle the hard stuff: payroll, compliance, contracts, and cross-border complexities

As a B2B/EOR Sales Development Representative, you'll help build our pipeline of prospective clients by identifying leads, qualifying fit, and booking meetings with decision-makers. You'll be the first touchpoint in our client journey, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across B2B/EOR target markets
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and CRM sequences
  • Use frameworks to assess lead quality and book meetings for the Sales team
  • Document all outreach activity, feedback, and qualification notes in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with B2B Specialists and Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, sales development, or lead generation
  • Comfort using Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/outreach tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, organised, and driven by measurable outcomes
  • Fluent in Italian and English
