Regional Sales Representative – Spain

PEI is looking for a driven Regional Sales Representative in Spain to accelerate our growth in the industrial market. This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson who thrives on cold calling, enjoys building long‑term customer relationships, and can independently organize their weekly agenda to stay ahead of opportunities.

This position requires regular travel across Spain — at least 50% of the time— to visit customers, develop new accounts, and strengthen our presence nationwide. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting people, and managing your territory like your own business, this role will feel like home.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth across Spain through a mix of cold calling, prospecting, and customer visits.
  • Independently plan and structure your weekly schedule to maximize customer interactions and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain strong personal organization to ensure no opportunities or tasks fall through the cracks.
  • Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with franchised manufacturers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to support customer needs and promote new initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent PEI's values of teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in electro‑mechanical components or high‑value electronic connectors.
  • Proven success in growing sales and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a multi‑site territory.
  • High motivation for field work and frequent travel across Spain.
