About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional On Premise Business Development Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our On Premise team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve ambitious company goals.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of On Premise sales and marketing professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize business performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales and management experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the On Premise market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and act decisively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and IOS.
